Growth Marketer

GrowthAustin, NYC, or San FranciscoFull-time

We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Growth Marketer to join the team and work closely with the Heads of Growth, Marketing and Product. This is a full-time role focused on driving end-to-end funnel performance—from acquisition through in-product conversion—with a strong emphasis on identifying gaps and improving conversion at every stage. You'll play a key role in scaling growth while ensuring efficiency, rigor, and continuous optimization across channels and the product experience.

What you'll do

  • Optimize the full growth funnel: acquisition → onboarding → conversion.
  • Manage and scale acquisition efforts across lifecycle marketing, product growth, and partnerships—balancing volume, efficiency, and long-term growth (we're active on both B2C and B2B sides, so you'll need to be prepared to work on both).
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and work cross-functionally with Product and Analytics to improve conversion rates at each step.
  • Define success metrics, build reporting frameworks, and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Lead experimentation across channels and product (A/B testing, incrementality testing, attribution analysis).
  • Establish and improve growth processes, testing frameworks, and best practices.
  • Use AI tools to improve campaign performance, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or product growth.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing campaigns in competitive environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, experimentation, and performance analysis.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics and conversion optimization (not just top-of-funnel acquisition).
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on across multiple initiatives.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams.
  • High ownership: able to prioritize, execute, and drive outcomes independently.
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Fluency in modern AI tooling and workflows (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP frameworks), with the ability to apply systems thinking to optimize growth loops, decisioning, and user journeys.

  • This is a rare opportunity to join early, own meaningful outcomes, and help define a new category at the intersection of healthcare, AI, fintech, and the future of work.

What you'll get

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Meaningful early-stage equity.
  • Health coverage through Smirk Health.
  • 401(k).
  • Flexible PTO.
